Seven Plus Steps by Pebble Prep
Terms and conditions
Last updated
These terms apply when you create an account and buy a Seven Plus Steps pass. Please read them before you buy. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
1. About these terms
Seven Plus Steps is run by Pebble Prep at pebbleprep.co.uk. By buying a pass you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we use your information. Contact us at support@pebbleprep.com.
2. What you get
A Seven Plus Steps pass gives one child, for their 7+ preparation:
- a weekly plan of up to 20 weeks, paced to their exam date;
- printable weekly packs with practice papers, answers and notes for you;
- short on-screen reasoning practice;
- a parent view with results by section.
Pebble Prep is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any school. No programme can guarantee a place at any school, and we don't.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or over and the child's parent or carer.
- Keep your sign-in email secure: anyone who can open it can sign in.
- Give accurate details, including your child's exam date, so the plan is paced correctly.
- Your child should use the on-screen practice with you or another adult nearby.
4. Prices and payment
- One pass per child: £179.10 paid in full, or £199 in up to 5 instalments, paid every 4 weeks.
- Brother or sister: £134.33 paid in full, or £149.25 in instalments.
- No joining fee. Prices are shown before you pay. Stripe processes payments.
If an instalment fails, we'll try again and email you. If it stays unpaid, we may pause access to new weeks until it is paid.
5. How long your pass lasts
Your pass starts when you pay and runs until your child's exam date. After the exam you can still download your packs for a limited time, which we'll tell you about in your account.
6. Your right to cancel
Seven Plus Steps is digital content you get straight away. At checkout you ask for access to start now and confirm you understand that, because you get the papers straight away, you can't cancel for a refund once you've started. This replaces the usual 14-day right to cancel.
You still have your legal rights: if the content is faulty or not as described, contact us at support@pebbleprep.com and we'll put it right, or offer a refund where the law says so.
If you are paying by instalments and want to stop, contact us. We'll explain any amount still due for the time you have used.
7. Using the materials
The plans, papers, notes and practice are ours. You may use them, and print them, for your own family's preparation.
- Don't share, sell, upload or publish them, or let other families use your account.
- Don't copy them for a school, tutoring business or other commercial use.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
8. Changes and availability
We keep improving the programme and may update materials. We'll aim to keep the service available, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
9. Our responsibility to you
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for exam outcomes or school decisions, or for losses that weren't foreseeable.
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the pass. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
10. Ending your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@pebbleprep.com. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are seriously broken, for example by sharing materials, or if payments stay unpaid.
11. Complaints and the law
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@pebbleprep.com and we'll try to sort it out quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects a pass you have already bought, we'll tell you by email first. The date at the top shows when these terms were last updated.
